Mini Storage in Trout Creek, MT | #14113

Example of Strategic Mini Storage Design
This completed project demonstrates our turnkey approach to mini-storage construction—perfect for developers and owners wanting a proven, cost-efficient model. Featuring two post-frame, steel-stud buildings (Buildings B & C) totaling 11,400 sq ft and 74 units, this design balances unit density, structural integrity, and user convenience.
Key Features & Specifications
- Design & Construction: Two mini-storage buildings built with steel stud framing, painted 26-gauge PBR roofing, 29-gauge rolled-rib walls, and galvanized interior dividers. Includes 2-12 gable roof pitch, vinyl-backed insulation in roof, repetitive bay spacing, and concrete slab with recessed door notches
- Concrete Foundation: Pier and bond system with 4" 5-sack fiber-mesh reinforced slab. Footings & slab are based on current soil conditions; enhancements may apply based on soils testing
Built for Performance, Scalability, and Code Compliance
The Trout Creek project is engineered for practicality and long-term value. Ground-level, steel-stud buildings allow fast, cost-effective assembly. The modular layout adapts easily to unit mix preferences and site constraints. Structural specs (insulation, metal gauge, concrete detailing) provide durability and tenant comfort. The design also allows phased expansion as demand grows—reflecting the flexibility and foresight we bring to every custom mini-storage build.
